Natalie is nationally personal training certified by the NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness). She’s been working with clients for the past 4 years and has a broad range of specialties including: sport-specific training, group fitness, older populations and coaching children's soccer. Natalie competed nationally as a Figure and Bikini Bodybuilding athlete and ran for the Women's Cross Country Team at the University of Washington.

Education, Certifications and Experience:

Kendra graduated from WSU where she also competed as a D1 swimmer in the PAC12. Kendra has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2020 and recently completed her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. Along with her passion for fitness, she wanted to gain more knowledge in nutrition to help her clients properly fuel their bodies.
