Education, Certifications and Experience:
Brent Hruska graduated from Ashmead College with an Associate’s Degree in Fitness in 2005. He immediately dove into a fitness and wellness training career while continuing his education over the years. Further training includes Associate of Arts Degree from Bellevue Community College in 2010, completion of Seattle Life Coach Training in 2016, International School of Temple Arts Levels I, II & III 2016-2017, Sunshine Massage School in 2017, & 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Yoga Vidya Gurukul in 2017. Brent is also CPR/First Aid certified, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified, Starting Strength Coach certified, TRX certified, Level One Reiki certified, Training for Warriors Level One certified, and recently completed the Queenax Foundations Course by Precor.
Brent’s training education covered topics such as Anatomy & Physiology, Fitness Programming, Performance Enhancement; Group Exercise Instruction; Kinesiology; Nutrition & Exercise; Exercise Physiology; Fitness Assessments; Health & Wellness Management; Marketing & Business Management; and much more. He went on to utilize these skills working in various gyms, group training environments and one-on-one personal training. Brent’s intense passion for traveling the world has brought him a wealth of experience with meditation, yoga, and organic farming that he intentionally integrates into his training methods in order to deliver an empowering and well-rounded experience for his clients.
Brent now has over 12 years experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry with seven years of successful entrepreneurial experience and the creation of two businesses from scratch. He has coached over 500 clients as a certified Personal Trainer and over 50 clients as a certified Master Life Coach. Brent is driven by helping others achieve their wellness goals and he can’t wait to work with you!
